We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to operate and improve the App.

We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide images when using AI image processing features.

(a) Device & Technical Information (Non-Personal Data)

For performance analysis and app stability, we may collect anonymous technical information, including:

Device model

Operating system version

System language

Anonymous crash identifiers

This information cannot be used to identify you and is used solely to improve performance and reliability.

(b) Face Data Processing & Retention (AI Features)

The App includes AI features such as age transformation, face enhancement, background change, and other visual effects that require detecting facial areas.

We are fully transparent about how face data is handled.

Important Statement: We do NOT retain face data.

When you voluntarily upload a photo:

Images are processed temporarily to generate the requested AI result

We do not collect, store, retain, or identify any face data

We do not create or store facial templates, biometric identifiers, or face profiles

All images and face-related data are deleted immediately after processing

No face data is stored on our servers, third-party servers, or backups

Face Detection & Analysis

Purpose: Only to detect facial regions for AI effects

Local Processing: Basic beauty tools (e.g. smoothing, whitening) are processed on-device

Temporary Use Only: Facial landmarks exist only during processing

Immediate Deletion: All face data is removed from memory once processing ends or you leave the editing screen

No Retention: We never store face data in any form

Your images are:

Used only to generate the AI effect you request

Transmitted securely via encrypted channels (HTTPS / TLS)

Never used for training models, analytics, advertising, or profiling

Data Retention Policy:

No biometric information

All data is deleted immediately after results are generated.

The App does not collect personal data without your permission and does not store biometric information.

(d) QR Scanning & QR Generation Data

QR codes that you scan remain local on your device.

Generated QR codes (including artistic QR codes) are also processed locally or temporarily on our server, only for the purpose of generating the result.

We do not store, share, or use your QR scan history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only to:

Provide core app functions

Generate AI effects you request

Create or scan QR codes

Improve app performance, safety, and stability

Provide customer support when necessary

We never sell or rent user information.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Technical logs may be kept for debugging and app performance optimization.

Images used for AI features are deleted automatically after processing.

QR code content is stored only in your local device unless you manually export or save it.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.

4. Data Protection & Security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including:

Encrypted transmission (TLS 1.2+)

AES-256 encryption for temporary local processing

Secure cloud infrastructure

We do not store face images, biometric data, or sensitive personal information on our own servers.

The App is not intended for children under 13.
